I have quite a few items in my closet from Soft Surroundings. I have ordered plenty and returned some, all with no issues. During the pandemic, I think people forget that plane travel is REDUCED to almost zero and the US mail rides on commercial planes. So, your stuff may take longer-much much longer if they cannot get cargo room on a plane. People are working from home, mail will not get sorted and delivered, your products can't move and your returns are stuck at a central collecting point waiting for a plane ride. It's not the company's fault.
Common sense here. I have ordered off the clearance list and there is a reason it is on clearance, didn't sell well for a reason. The sleeves are too tight, the neck is meant for a giraffe, anyway-I knew that was a possibility looking for a hidden gem. All returns were accepted and credit was provided timely. The quality of the products is high. the velvet and embroidery is rich. I have no reservations about recommending the company. My husband shops for me often here and I have always appreciated his selctions.

I love soft surroundings! I love their clothing! Yes, there have been some problems with timeliness in my returns during Covid, but we all have struggled, so please give them a pass on this one. They are wonderfully helpful on the phone When I've placed orders that they have not been able to fulfill due to demand, they have compensated me for these inconveniences. I will continue to shop there because their clothes are beautifully unique thank you Soft Surroundungs!
