"The sizing has been spot on for me!!!"
I’ve ordered from Soft Surroundings a handful of times now, the sizing has been super consistent for me!!! I don’t feel like I have to play the guessing game or order two different sizes just in case, which is such a relief!!! Everything has fit pretty much how I expected, so shopping there feels really easy and stress-free!!!

"Worked out fine after I got it"
I was a little unsure when I ordered it because colors can look so different online, and I’ve definitely had things show up looking nothing like the pictures. The lighting in my room probably changes it a bit too, but after checking it out for a while, the color ended up being pretty much what I expected. Overall, the colors were accurate

"Glad they had my size, but not totally wowed"
I was happy to find the sweater I wanted, and a little surprised my size was actually in stock. Checkout was quick and easy, which I appreciated. That said, the overall experience was fine more than exciting, but at least I got what I needed without any hassle...

I ordered the tunic and pants, and they’ve been really nice to wear. The fabric feels soft without being clingy or scratchy, and they’re easy to keep on all day. Nothing too fancy, just genuinely comfortable and easy to reach for

"Delivery has been reliable for me"
I’ve ordered from Soft Surroundings a handful of times now, and at least in my experience, the delivery has been dependable. The tracking has been easy to check, and my packages have shown up when they were supposed to. So far, nothing has arrived damaged or been missing, which matters more to me than super-fast shipping when I’m ordering clothes online. Overall, I’ve been happy with how smooth it’s been.

I ordered my usual size it fit better than I thought it would. The sleeves were just a little longer than I’d prefer, but not enough to be a big issue. To be fair, the sizing feels accurate overall, so I only took off one star for that small difference.

I’ve been really happy with the styles here. The designs are cute and the pieces are easy to wear day to day. Compared to some other brands I’ve tried, these feel a little more effortless and wearable without looking too basic.

"Clothes have held up really good"
I’ve bought a couple tops and one pair of pants from Soft Surroundings over the past year, and they been doing really well for me.
I wash them a lot, probably more then I should, and they still keep their shape. No weird stretched out spots or fabric getting super thin, which is kinda rare now days.
They aren’t the cheapest clothes out there, but I don’t mind paying a little more when stuff doesn’t fall apart after a few washes. I’d give them 5 stars for sure.

"Customer service was meh"
They did reply eventually, but it took forever and didn’t fix much. Not the worst experience ever, but still kind of useless and annoying as hell.

"Easy Enough to Shop, Thankfully"
I’ve used softsurroundings.com a few times now, and thankfully the site is easy to navigate. The filters actually worked, checkout was simple, and I didn’t have to click around forever just to find what I needed. that should be the bare minimum, but I do appreciate that it was a smooth shopping experience overall...

The fabric feels really soft and comfortable, which I love. I did notice a tiny loose thread when it arrived, but that feels preventable and wasn’t a big deal for me

"Had a Good Feeling and Shipping Was Super Quick"
I ordered from softsurroundings.com and had a feeling it would be a easy experience, and I was right. The shipping was faster than I expected, and my package showed up a few days early. Everything was packed nicely and arrived without any problems. it was just a smooth order from start to finish.

Part of my order was fine, but the item came in the wrong color. It’s just annoying because now I have to go through the hassle of contacting someone and figuring out a return or exchange.

"Honestly impressed after my latest order"

I liked the stuff overall, and the descriptions were helpful, but the top fit kind of weird on me. Not sure if it was the cut or just that thing with sizing, but it didn’t sit quite right.
